I needed to move some furniture and personal effects for my elderly sister who was moving from Penarth into an assisted-living complex in Poole, Dorset. A short phone discussion with Paul on a Monday resulted in a suitable van arriving the following Saturday, loaded up in 90 minutes, and then everything unloaded the following day in Poole. Everything was carefully handled – including some very valuable paintings – and the whole relocation project was handled seamlessly, and at a very acceptable cost. We were shown cctv coverage of the storage area, which confirmed it was very secure and my lifelong belongings would be safe! I was fully expecting to have to air beds and bedding for several days before being able to use them but that wasn’t the case, everything was clean and dry and was usable instantly. When we got to the storage unit in Barry, we were given a unit outside of the warehouse and, at first, I was concerned that our belongings would get damp. I needn't have been concerned as the unit was both dry and spacious and our belongings had been covered with blankets to alleviate any damage occurring.
